• Deliver products initiatives using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently; • Stay on top of program initiatives schedules, providing clarity of risks, deadlines, and efforts to stakeholders; • Lead the collaborative cross-team decision – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team; • Lead initiative across squads, connecting the required parts and organizing interdependencies across other focus areas; • Facilitate decision-making on changes in product development, ensuring consequences are understood, and changes are visible. • Apply experience, practical knowledge, and judgment to drive the technical evaluation process, which may include point of contacts, across multi-level internal and external stakeholders; • Guide teams into the Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies, and fostering an accountability culture of delivery within the teams. • Track, in collaboration with the product team, problems on the initiatives, troubleshooting incidents, assessing both impact and risk. • Monitor and provide visibility into OKRs, initiative status, and agile metrics that identify bottlenecks, and engage teams on opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience;
- Consolidated experience in computer/ software technology;
- Experience with the Salesforce platform;
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in an Agile environment.
- Advanced experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks;
- Experience with software development processes and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Bugzilla, etc.);
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, including capturing and analyzing logs;
- Knowledge of Software Architecture and system integration;
- Knowledge of Software development methodologies and modern software design;
- Ability to speak English and Portuguese fluently and idiomatically.
