Role Description Avetta is seeking a Global Compliance Program Manager to drive execution, coordination, and operational excellence across global compliance initiatives. This is a newly established role to support continued growth and will focus on program-level delivery, cross-functional alignment, and performance visibility, ensuring regulatory and content initiatives are delivered predictably, efficiently, and at scale. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused individual contributor role that partners closely with the Director of Global Compliance, Global Compliance Project Managers, Regional Leads, and cross-functional global teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment with evolving processes and dependencies. Reporting to the Director of Global Compliance, this role operates across geographies and functions to own the Global Compliance Content Management (GCCM) ecosystem. You’ll manage integrated roadmaps, align dependencies across multiple workstreams, and drive transparent communication at all levels. Beyond project delivery, you’ll oversee program-level goals such as audit readiness, regulatory change impact, and continuous improvement initiatives. This includes tracking compliance metrics, identifying opportunities for automation and scalability, and ensuring governance processes are embedded across every release cycle. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Program Management within a SaaS, technology, or regulated environment
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client-facing teams
