As a Sales Development Representative (Iberia), you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth across our International business by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to begin or accelerate a career in high-tech sales within a high-growth cybersecurity organisation. About the Team Our Sales Development team sits within the Sales function and is responsible for generating both warm and cold leads that fuel our sales engine. The team directly contributes to revenue growth across the International business and has a strong track record of developing SDRs into high-performing Account Executives. About the Role You will be responsible for generating and nurturing sales leads for our team of Account Executives across Iberia via creative outreach .... yes cold calling! The telephone will be your primary strategy, but you will have to leverage other tools and approaches in addition. You will qualify the lead and then pass this on to our team of AE's who will carry on your great work. Specifically, for your focus will be to - Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries - Conduct on-going research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting campaigns - Follow-up on all leads generated by marketing and convert initial interest into sales accepted leads - Articulate a sales pitch effectively, securing meetings for our Sales teams to promote Rapid7 and its key services - Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM - Strategise with top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts to build pipeline - Achieve quarterly targets to include qualified lead/meeting quota The skills and qualities you'll bring include: - Fluent Spanish & fluent in English - Passionate about delighting customers with previous experience working in a customer facing environment either over the phone or face to face - Ability to effectively uncover customer needs and qualify outbound sales leads. - Conduct on-going research to identify new leads and obtain contact information for targeting campaigns. - You possess excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to articulate a sales pitch in a clear manner that conveys objectives and rationale - Ability to partner and strategise with Account Executives to target prospect accounts and build pipeline. - You thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying motivated through the challenges of creative outreach and high-volume cold calling - You hold yourself accountable for driving outcomes and hitting quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas - You apply a strong understanding of your own strengths and areas for growth to adapt your outreach style to different prospect personas - Core Value Embodiment: Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success. About this role About Role We are looking for a dynamic, commercial and client-focused sales support team member with an understanding/strong interest in the ETF asset class to join our team in Hong Kong. The iShares Wealth, Greater China and Southeast Asia sales team is responsible for our business strategy and distribution of index products, active ETFs, digital asset ETFs and model portfolio solutions via a broad set of Wealth Management intermediaries in Greater China and Southeast Asia. We are responsible for day-to-day relationship management with key Wealth distribution partners to both sustain existing business and enable new growth. Key responsibilities This position is based in Hong Kong, primarily focused on sales support and client servicing, working alongside senior sales to enable coverage, execution and scale across the region to help deliver our index products, active ETFs, digital asset ETFs as well as model portfolio solutions to Wealth Management clients.
