The Learning Services department is a newly formed function within Customer Services and Experience, as a Learning Services Specialist you will be responsible for the production, delivery and maintenance of our educational content and certification programs for HiBob Customers, Services Partners and Professional Services teams. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent educational services to HiBob customers and partners. You will have an eye for educational quality, ensuring that HiBob's certification programs and persona-based learning paths are delivered on time, with high completion rates and to a high standard of excellence. Job Requirements Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. What You Bring - Hands-on experience with LMS administration including set up of learning content including SCORM files, reporting and user management. - Ability to both curate and deliver education content to a wide audience, ensuring learning objectives are met in both a virtual and in-person instructor-led education. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own diary and the delivery timelines of third party vendors. - Ability to review insights on course completions, certification rates and export dates to ensure learners remain up to date with learning content. - Knowledge of SaaS implementation in a HR, Payroll or Finance environment and awareness of key personas impacted by HiBob's SaaS solution. - Cross-functional collaboration and communication. - Continuous improvement mindset. Job Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle for e-learning, video assets and Virtual-Instructor-Led-Training. - Build-out specific learning tracks ensuring content is relevant to specific user roles. - Act as an administrator for HiBob's Learning Management System. - Maintain HiBob's knowledge base for implementation supporting delivery excellence for internal and partner service teams. - Deliver training content to stakeholders, both e-learning content and Virtual-Instructor-Led-Training. - Track and monitor certifications for internal and external compliance, ensuring that all Professional Service and Partner teams maintain valid certification on new product releases. - Act as liaison between the Learning Services team and technical SMEs to extract knowledge for course creation. - Manage the Learning Services delivery timeline to ensure that learning content is delivered on time. - Liaise with third party content creators to ensure that content is relevant and delivers against learning objectives. - Coordinate the global calendar for Virtual-Instructor-Led Training and manage session logistics across global timezones. Senior Engineer, Service Delivery ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The position is responsible for the successful implementation and project management tasks during the operational phase of larger institutional and/or defence projects and/or programs. The incumbent will act as operational expert and contact point for all aspects on the delivery of the assigned projects and services as well as other various activities, among others, related to capacity management and service delivery. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide guidance on current and future requirements and strategic direction for the service delivery to the end user - Support the asset and equipment selection process, manage the configuration, the upgrade and all critical operational data necessary to maintain high availability of the service.
