International Marketing Manager

Eight Sleep

• Drive regional growth across markets—owning the full marketing mix, performance analysis, and leadership reporting. • Lead localization efforts, working with local contractors to adapt Eight Sleep’s communication assets, including the website, emails, and paid campaigns, for cultural and language relevance. • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to optimize digital performance across Meta, Google, Snap, and affiliate channels through creative testing, bidding strategy, and data-driven experimentation. • Identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships with regional influencers, athletes, podcasts, sports clubs and brand collaborators to build relevance and trust with target audiences. • Plan and execute offline activations (e.g. product showcases, events, retail partnerships, club pop-ups) to elevate brand presence and generate high-impact product experiences. • Secure and maximize media coverage in premium regional outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility. • Conduct market analysis, identifying regional trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform positioning and campaigns. • Own marketing reporting, delivering synthesized insights, KPI tracking, and clear next steps to guide strategic decisions. • Provide on-the-ground support for white-glove Pod installations and product onboarding for key VIP partners and ambassadors.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or project management for a high-growth D2C brand
  • Proven track record managing both offline activations and digital performance campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • High-energy, resourceful, and fast-moving—you thrive in dynamic environments and drive impact through effective, hands-on execution
  • Strong brand affinity with a local network in sports, wellness, biohacking, and tech communities
  • Self-starter who excels at building and owning initiatives from scratch with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional communicator with a proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and a bias for action
