We are currently targeting candidates based in, or around, the Charlotte, North Carolina region.** Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant role involves supporting a wide range of marketing functions to ensure brand consistency, campaign success, and overall organizational growth. Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to manage and maintain a consistent approach to online review responses and reputation management. Oversee relationships with marketing vendors, including managing contracts, agreements, and service programs. Manage company events and awards. Maintain organization across all marketing projects using the company's established project management systems. Schedule and coordinate marketing meetings with both internal stakeholders and external partners to discuss ongoing and upcoming campaigns. Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to highlight trends, insights, and campaign performance. Manage the company's social media presence-including direct messaging, comment engagement, content creation, posting schedules, and strategy-ensuring all activity aligns with the brand's voice and identity. Internalize and uphold brand guidelines across all channels, creating visually consistent and impactful content for digital, print, and social platforms. Prepare regular marketing performance reports by gathering and analyzing key data points. Stay current on marketing trends and tools by participating in educational opportunities and industry research. Proactively take ownership of new initiatives and support cross-functional marketing efforts to meet organizational goals.
