• Own the BLE Stack: Architect, implement, and maintain the Bluetooth connectivity layer across our Pod ecosystem. Define GATT services, characteristics, and connection strategies that deliver reliable, secure, and power-efficient communication. • Optimize for Always-On Devices: Drive radio-on time, advertising intervals, connection parameters, and PHY selection while maintaining low-latency sync of biometric data. • Ensure Bulletproof Interoperability: Deliver a connectivity experience that "just works" across the long tail of iOS and Android devices, OS versions, and real-world RF environments. Role Description We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with experience in managing campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and/or Meta as well as a quantitative background leveraging Statistics and AI. The role sits within our Global Growth Marketing team and reports directly to the Growth Marketing Lead. It will focus on optimizing and scaling our digital advertising presence in all regions, managing multiple accounts. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, analytical, and creative individual passionate about transforming complex technology into simple, human, and aspirational advertising that delivers business results. The role can be based out of NYC, SF, or Remote. How you’ll contribute - Lead performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok while collaborating cross-functionally on Meta, Affiliate, lifecycle, and influencers. - Build new growth and automation systems using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, and similar) to eliminate manual work and increase marketing efficiency. - Analyze campaign performance, evaluate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with the performance and data team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for greater efficiency. - Prepare accurate reports with clearly synthesized insights and actionable next steps. - Analyze and recommend new copy & creative, bidding strategies, and testing structures using both qualitative and quantitative metrics at a rapid pace. - Stay up to date on relevant industry trends, new ad products, and best practices. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience with at least two of Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok Ads with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, with budgets above $1M per year. - Analytical mindset with creative intuition. Equally fluent in metrics and emotion. - Experience building automation and tools with AI such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, Cursor, etc. for Marketing and analytics applications. - Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, Google Search Console, keyword planner). - Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up. - Develop and continually expand or refine targeting/copy/assets based on performance. - Strong familiarity with marketing funnels + modern attribution platforms (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox or equivalent). - Experience designing or reading geo-lift, conversion lift, or brand lift studies. - International awareness, with knowledge of diverse cultures. - A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done. The Role We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This is a highly visible and hands-on role, responsible for owning financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner closely with leadership across Eight Sleep to shape strategy and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis - Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning, new initiatives, and investment cases - Partner with functional leads to define and track KPIs and operational metrics that drive business performance - Develop ROI analyses for new product features, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional investments - Create financial presentations and business review materials for executive leadership and the Board - Lead preparation of monthly operating reviews and performance commentary - Support ad hoc business analysis and special projects as needed What We’re Looking For: - A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - At least 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance. • Manage the full cycle accounting operations and month-end close including revenue recognition, accounts payable, fixed assets and capital expenditures, payroll, and cash management • Build and utilize AI workflows and tools to create agents and process flows to eliminate manual work; leverage automation capabilities within the company's ERP and adjacent tools (e.g., AP automation, close management software) to reduce completion time and increase accuracy • Drive process improvement in all aspects of accounting and across entities for efficiency and scalability • Develop scalable internal controls within the accounting function and intersections across the organization; design and maintain a SOX-ready control framework in anticipation of future compliance requirements • Manage and continuously improve financial reporting for the company including understanding and analyzing financial data, and developing and presenting accounting insights to leadership • Work closely with the finance team on monthly financial analysis and insights as well as budget preparation and inputs • Become a trusted business partner to key stakeholders by providing BvA analysis and insights along with suggested improvements or process changes • Support the annual audit and tax compliance; serve as primary liaison to external auditors, managing PBC requests, audit timelines, and resolution of technical accounting matters raised • Assist in development, tracking, and performance of accounting KPIs • Remain current on accounting pronouncements that are applicable to the company, inform management of new requirements and changes to financial reporting, and implement timely

• Drive regional growth across markets—owning the full marketing mix, performance analysis, and leadership reporting. • Lead localization efforts, working with local contractors to adapt Eight Sleep’s communication assets, including the website, emails, and paid campaigns, for cultural and language relevance. • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to optimize digital performance across Meta, Google, Snap, and affiliate channels through creative testing, bidding strategy, and data-driven experimentation. • Identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships with regional influencers, athletes, podcasts, sports clubs and brand collaborators to build relevance and trust with target audiences. • Plan and execute offline activations (e.g. product showcases, events, retail partnerships, club pop-ups) to elevate brand presence and generate high-impact product experiences. • Secure and maximize media coverage in premium regional outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility. • Conduct market analysis, identifying regional trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform positioning and campaigns. • Own marketing reporting, delivering synthesized insights, KPI tracking, and clear next steps to guide strategic decisions. • Provide on-the-ground support for white-glove Pod installations and product onboarding for key VIP partners and ambassadors.
• Maintain and improve the integrity of our data processing pipeline (5Tb per day) • Develop tools to guarantee the availability of our services (~30 microservices) and automate their operation • Contribute to the development of back-end services and product features
