SRT Marine Systems plc
• Visit project sites on a regular basis to ensure the project design and build/construction is being adhered to • Drive a Safety by Design approach for our project • Where appropriate and required, act as Contractor Design Approval Engineer (CDAE) or equivalent (project dependant) • Ensure that the build/construction and design processes are reviewed, communicated and implemented. • Identify where deviations from processes are required and ensure that appropriate exceptions processes are implemented • Lead and review various civil project build/construction and designs including reinforced concrete design and detailing, site design and enablement, land development, drainage systems, building and structure installation • Maintain compliance of CDM regulations and all other legal and regulatory requirements associated with the nature of designs • Undertake technical quality assurance reviews and provide design approval as required • Assist in the management of the tender process, understand and interpret scope of works, provide advice and expertise • Support in the advancement of the engineering build and design delivery for the teams, with focus on upskilling and use of software • Contribute to the development and updating of the design aids and computer programmes and assist in the analysis of new build and design concepts
Job Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent with formal training in civil engineering and/or geotechnical engineering
- Strong, proven experience in the civil engineering industry and the management and design of civil or geotechnical engineering works
- Experience of civil build, construction and design for communication towers, data centres etc. would prove highly beneficial
- Experience of international build, construction and design knowledge would prove highly beneficial
- IT Literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CAD)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication style to suite customer

Summary: The Customer Resolution Supervisor will be responsible for managing high-risk loans and complex customer issues. This will include addressing customer disputes & concerns and resolving them in a timely manner. The Supervisor must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) experienced in FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FMLMC loss mitigation options, SPOC and Escrow requirements. Role Description The Clinical Liaison serves as a regional liaison between our clients (providers, hospital, post acute care partners) and stroke survivors. This role supports navigation services activities by identifying and establishing relationships with referring providers and facilities, and inservice support to healthcare providers, rehabilitation teams, and patients. - Focus on short and long term success of our clients through understanding of client and Kandu partnership goals. - Build trusted relationships with client care team. - Provide regular feedback on referral/registration process and results. - Understand the local landscape regarding expansion partner opportunities. - Serve as a regional liaison between our clients (hospital and post acute care partners) and stroke survivors early in their recovery journey. - Support registration and enrollment workflows and identification of appropriate referrals to the Kandu program. - Regularly meet with and review patient census with hospital clinicians. - Work with clinical staff to triage patients based on discharge disposition to acute rehab or home/home with home health and language preference. - Conduct in hospital/post acute care facility meetings and outreach to new Kandu survivor and care partner referrals for enrollment in the Kandu program. - Educate on the program, obtain consent and insurance information, and schedule Kandu appointments. - Outreach to survivors on hold for restarting the Kandu program. - Communicate access issues, product, and process improvements to Client Services leadership. - Responsible for training new Kandu referral clinicians on the registration process. - Participate in client status calls and meetings, and act as SME for registration process and data. - Attend community-based outreach meetings representing Kandu Health and collect new leads near hospital site partners. - Daily travel to partner sites is required. - Hospital credentialing is required - may include TB testing, drug testing, proof of COVID vaccination, MMR vaccination, Hepatitis B vaccination, varicella vaccination, and other testing as required by client hospital. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales. - At least 4-6 years direct customer service experience required. - 2-4 years experience in a healthcare setting required. - 2-4 years medical device, healthcare, or digital health sales experience required. - Communication skills, ability to adapt communication based on audience. - Experience with health plan benefits and eligibility. - Ability to adapt approach and methods to achieve results in dynamic environments. - Strong comfort level with technology. - Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle). - MUST LIVE within 50 miles of Austin, TX. - Committed to product knowledge and willingness to learn. - Ability to present information succinctly and effectively.
