• Create and maintain property inventory within the Property Management System (PMS) and channel management platforms. • Configure accommodations, room/unit types, rate plans, occupancy rules, availability settings, and booking restrictions. • Ensure inventory synchronization between PMS, channel manager, OTAs, and direct booking websites. • Audit inventory regularly to verify accuracy across all distribution channels. • Coordinate inventory setup for newly onboarded properties and resorts. • Update inventory to reflect renovations, maintenance closures, ownership changes, and operational updates. • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, mapping errors, overbookings, and connectivity issues. • Partner with Revenue Management to implement pricing structures, restrictions, promotions, and inventory strategies. • Collaborate with Listing Development to ensure listings accurately reflect inventory configurations. • Work with Guest Experience and Resort Operations to resolve reservation and inventory conflicts. • Monitor channel connectivity and escalate technical issues when necessary. • Maintain detailed documentation of inventory configurations, mapping, and operating procedures. • Support seasonal inventory adjustments and special event availability planning. • Assist with testing new software enhancements and system updates. • Prepare reports identifying inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. • Assist with assigned departmental projects during slower operational periods. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive revenue management strategies for multiple hotel properties across diverse geographic markets. • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical booking data to forecast demand and establish optimal room rates, inventory controls, and distribution strategies. • Oversee daily operations of revenue management systems, ensuring accurate availability, rate parity, and channel management across all online and offline platforms. • Prepare and present detailed revenue, pickup, and performance reports to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence. • Partners with property teams and corporate stakeholders in a remote setting to set revenue targets, monitor performance, and implement tactical promotions to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. • Monitor and optimize the performance of all distribution channels, identifying opportunities to increase direct bookings and reducing cost of acquisition. • Lead regular remote meetings and training sessions with on-site teams to ensure consistent application of revenue management best practices and adherence to company policies. • Remain current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory considerations affecting hotel revenue management nationwide.

• Supports the Group Sales team through administrative coordination, contract preparation, group booking management, CRM maintenance, and client communications. • Manages a variety of group segments, including sports teams, weddings, corporate groups, and special events. • Responsible for actively prospecting, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. • Maintains strong relationships with group booking clients. • Prepares proposals and pricing, negotiates contracts, rates, and concessions while maximizing profitability. • Coordinates with Operations and Event Services to ensure successful group execution.

• Create and publish new vacation rental listings across OTA and direct booking platforms. • Write engaging, accurate property descriptions and highlight unique amenities and features. • Upload and organize photography, floor plans, amenities, house rules, fees, and other listing content. • Build and maintain listing information within internal systems and property reference documentation. • Configure automated guest messaging and property-specific communication templates. • Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand standards across all distribution channels. • Coordinate listing launches for newly onboarded properties and resorts. • Update listings to reflect renovations, amenity changes, policy updates, seasonal promotions, and operational changes. • Troubleshoot listing issues with OTA partners and escalate when necessary. • Assist with calendar maintenance, reservation updates, and inventory synchronization as needed. • Partner with Revenue Management to ensure pricing, restrictions, and booking settings are implemented accurately. • Work with Marketing to support promotional campaigns and improve listing performance. • Monitor listing quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and guest engagement. • Maintain detailed documentation of listing configurations and operational procedures. • Assist with assigned department projects during slower operational periods. • Perform other duties as assigned.
