• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Snowflake in relation to them • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing • Be an advocate and develop mutual trust with the technical audience on the customer side • Run training sessions, workshops, webinars to help customers become proficient in Snowflake • Keeping customers up to date on key Snowflake product updates and future roadmaps to help them represent Snowflake to their clients about latest technology solutions and benefits • Run technical enablement programs to provide best practices, and solution design workshops to help customers create effective solutions • Create and develop technical champions in your accounts to drive Snowflake adoption • Represent Snowflake at customer or industry events • Forward Strategic thinking - quickly grasp the essence of new concepts and business value messaging. • Work closely with internal and external product teams integrating our payment solution. • Help products correctly integrate our frontend JavaScript SDK and backend APIs. • Be deeply familiar with how our system behaves in real-world integrations. • Feed real integration issues, edge cases, and gaps back to the engineering team. • Help products embed and configure our payment form SDK. • Answer integration questions in support channels. • Test integrations and reproduces issues. • Distinguish bugs vs incorrect usage vs documentation gaps. • Ensure our documentation matches actual API and SDK behavior. • Collaborate with backend engineers, frontend SDK developers, and product managers to improve integration quality and developer experience.
