• Lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of custom solutions to improve internal teams’ processes and workflows, with a focus on Agentic AI solutions utilizing Airbnb approved internal tools. • Identify and address current pain points, socialize industry best practices, and prioritize project pipelines in collaboration with stakeholders. • Identify and drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency across core business functions. • Partner with our vendors to drive and own the product feature and bug lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch. • Stay updated with the latest platform features, best practices, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for enhancements. • Craft and suggest future-state business processes, and lead the implementation of these suggestions. • Act as a company-wide expert in relevant functional tools and applications. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on development and delivery. • Collaborate on architecture and design reviews, offering necessary guidance to ensure development guidelines are followed.

• Respond to and own customer requests for networking and authentication assistance • Design secure network architectures that enable Fivetran to connect to customer data sources across cloud and on-premise environments • Lead customer discussions focused on connectivity requirements, authentication models, security constraints, compliances issues and network topology • Guide customers through the setup of required networking and authentication resources, including: • Private cloud links (AWS PrivateLink, GCP Private Service Connect, Azure Private Endpoints) • Site-to-site and client VPN architectures • SSH-based tunneling solutions (forward and reverse) • Proxy agent and hybrid deployment patterns • Troubleshoot complex networking, connectivity, and security issues impacting data pipelines • Validate proposed architectures against customer security, compliance, and operational requirements • Produce clear architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and customer-facing documentation • Work in partnership with Support and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer outcomes • Identify recurring customer challenges and provide feedback to Product and Engineering on connectivity-related gaps and opportunities.

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Snowflake in relation to them • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing • Be an advocate and develop mutual trust with the technical audience on the customer side • Run training sessions, workshops, webinars to help customers become proficient in Snowflake • Keeping customers up to date on key Snowflake product updates and future roadmaps to help them represent Snowflake to their clients about latest technology solutions and benefits • Run technical enablement programs to provide best practices, and solution design workshops to help customers create effective solutions • Create and develop technical champions in your accounts to drive Snowflake adoption • Represent Snowflake at customer or industry events • Forward Strategic thinking - quickly grasp the essence of new concepts and business value messaging.
