Ability to discuss technical concepts involving data, analytics, or operational systems Our customers operate sophisticated infrastructure and energy environments, so you need to connect technical capabilities to real operational needs. Experience engaging with technical stakeholders such as engineers, operators, or infrastructure teams Many buying decisions involve technical and operational leaders who expect credible, well-grounded conversations. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technology into measurable business value Success in this role depends on showing how AI-driven energy optimization improves efficiency, lowers costs, and supports sustainability goals. Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus You will communicate with customers and internal teams in English across the U.S. market, while German can be helpful in collaborating across our international organization. Eligibility to work remotely within the United States This role is fully remote in the U.S. and requires effective collaboration across customer locations and time zones. Nice to Have Experience in energy technology, industrial software, or infrastructure-related sectors Familiarity with these environments can help you ramp up faster and better understand customer priorities. Industry exposure to data centers or other energy-intensive operations These industries are highly relevant to etalytics and offer strong opportunities for AI-driven optimization. Familiarity with AI platforms, advanced analytics, or digital twin technologies Our platform is built around these capabilities, so prior exposure can shorten the learning curve. Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot Structured pipeline management and forecast discipline are important in a scaling sales organization. Benefits Compensation Base salary range: USD 75,000 – 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for performance-based variable compensation. On-target earnings (OTE): USD 95,000 – 160,000 per year, including base salary and variable compensation at target achievement.
