• Du bist Trusted Advisor für unsere Kunden und berätst sie rund um Produktionsplanung in der SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP • Beratung und Implementierung von SAP PP (Production Planning) inklusive Variantenkonfiguration (VC) in der S/4HANA ERP Cloud • Durchführung von Fit-to-Standard Workshops mit den Fachbereichen • Analyse, Design und Umsetzung moderner Produktionsprozesse wie Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Serien- und Einzelfertigung sowie variantenbasierte Fertigung • Integration von SAP PP und Variantenkonfiguration mit angrenzenden Modulen wie MM, QM und SD • Verantwortung entlang des gesamten Projektzyklus von der Konzeption bis zum Go-live • Unterstützung bei Tests, Schulungen und Hypercare • Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Cloud- und PP-Best-Practices

• Responsibility for leading and managing SAP projects across the entire lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget and quality • Establishing and further developing the project organization with governance, methodology, resource planning and project cost accounting • Coordinating all project activities and changes as well as professional change and risk management with relevant stakeholders • Ensuring transparent, solution-oriented communication and handling escalation issues with confidence • Delivering measurable customer value through innovative IT initiatives, holistic solution approaches and actively maintaining and expanding customer relationships

• Ensure stable and reliable financial processes in SAP • Resolve incidents sustainably and competently support our customers in day-to-day operations • Act as the primary contact for our customers for SAP application support with a focus on finance • Receive, analyze and process support requests and incident reports via the ticketing tool • Ensure stable, high-quality operational SAP support in customers' daily business • Analyze incidents, change requests and error messages in financial processes • Reproduce, analyze and permanently resolve errors on customer systems • Closely collaborate and coordinate with internal specialists and SAP on more complex issues • Clearly document solutions, workarounds, known errors and process documentation • Provide backup support and assist with adjacent SAP modules within the support team

• Close collaboration with clients at both business and executive levels to analyze complex business and data requirements and develop appropriate SAP analytics solutions • Design, implementation, and presentation of advanced analytics and planning solutions – from data architecture and modeling to compelling demos • Responsibility for end-to-end implementations and confident management of all project phases through to go-live • Strategic and technical consulting on the introduction, optimization, and further development of modern SAP analytics landscapes • Active support in change management and accompanying operational and enhancement processes • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and driving innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions in the SAP cloud analytics environment

• Develop modern SAP cloud solutions on the BTP • Implement innovative extensions • Technically guide and future-proof companies on their journey to the SAP cloud • Develop modern cloud applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) • Implement extension solutions using ABAP Cloud, RAP, and Fiori Elements • Integrate existing SAP systems with the BTP via APIs and cloud services • Design modern software architectures and technical solution concepts • Work closely with consultants, developers, and client teams in agile projects
