Senior Digital Designer

OLIVER+

• Develop and create leading visual concepts that communicates inspiring digital ideas. • Drive best-in-class design practices and roll out your design thinking and execution across 360-degree campaigns. • Responsible for designing, managing, and producing design concepts through to the full artwork stage for a wide variety of outputs. • Work under the direction of a Creative Director and support the broader creative team. • Work within brand guidelines, producing design and artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards. • Proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality, accuracy, and consistency. • Maintain a fast-paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital, banners, emails, landing pages, in-store, event materials, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, and campaigns.
  • A keen sense of personal responsibility for the quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all work.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
  • Brand identity, visual systems, and campaign identities as real working experience.
  • Experience working with beverage / spirits brands or retail/ FMCG brands.
  • Social and video design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution.
  • A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design.
  • You’ll have a deep affinity with layout, typography, and ideas-generation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and associated prototyping.
  • A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A portfolio comprised of traditional and digital, conceptual campaign, design, and interaction design work.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment.
  • Overflowing with curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
