• Develop and execute lead generation strategy to consistently produce warm, qualified prospects for intake and conversion. • Build and manage outreach campaigns targeting private-pay prospects and referral partners to increase lead flow and strengthen referral pipelines. • Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and manage prospect and referral lists for optimized outreach and conversion. • Conduct structured multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) using approved messaging and compliance standards. • Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability. • Nurture leads through structured follow-up cycles until ready for pre-assessment scheduling. • Schedule pre-assessment appointments directly with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion and confirm details with clients. • When required, conduct pre-assessment calls to support the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion during high-volume or urgent periods. • Accurately update CRM stages, notes, tags, tasks, and communication logs immediately after every interaction. • Notify the Managing Member and Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion when leads become warm, pre-assessments are booked, or conversions occur. • Produce weekly lead generation and referral performance reports including lead volume, warm leads, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement. • Drive outbound and referral campaign performance to generate the lead volume necessary to support growth trajectory. • Continuously refine outreach cadence, messaging, targeting, and list quality based on performance metrics and conversion outcomes. • Collaborate with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion to ensure smooth hand-offs and optimal lead readiness for pre-assessment. • Collaborate with the Supervisor for HR Recruitment to align staffing needs with projected lead and referral volume. • Maintain communication flow through WhatsApp channels and ensure all appointments are updated accurately on internal calendars. • Identify declines in lead quality, referral engagement, or outreach performance early and provide corrective strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end lead generation, outreach campaigns, and appointment setting (High-ticket B2B or Healthcare/Home Care experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage the technical side of cold outreach, including domain procurement, DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox warming to ensure high deliverability.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Instantly.io for automated sequence management and lead nurturing.
  • Advanced skills in lead scraping and data mining to build high-quality, targeted prospect lists from scratch.
  • Ability to manage and scale operations to handle a high volume of leads daily without compromising data integrity or deliverability.
