ROLE OVERVIEW The Agile Delivery Lead (ADL) is responsible for leading predictable and value-driven product delivery while ensuring strong execution of Agile and Scrum practices at the team level. Serving as the connective tissue between Product Engineering and Solution Delivery, the ADL owns end-to-end delivery flow, balancing priorities, capacity, change control, and dependencies across squads.
