Queremos incorporar en la Facultad de Derecho un Coordinador académico en el Máster Universitario en Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial. De acuerdo con la Dirección Académica, y con el apoyo de diferentes departamentos transversales de la Universidad, el Coordinador Académico contribuirá al adecuado funcionamiento y mejora continua de la Facultad en lo relativo a la gestión académica y coordinación de los procesos que afecten a estudiantes y profesores: - Promover el crecimiento del título con los Departamentos transversales. - Potenciar el desarrollo institucional del título mediante la suscripción de alianzas, acuerdos, representación en congresos y otros actos de difusión en el ámbito de la seguridad y el terrorismo. - Implantar criterios comunes en materia de ordenación académica y planificación docente. - Cumplimiento de los objetivos de crecimiento del título. - Apoyo en el proceso de selección, búsqueda de talento y reclutamiento de candidatos. - Coordinar la organización interna del título atendiendo a directrices de la Facultad. - Coordinar los procesos de actualización del sistema de información de la Facultad. - Coordinar los procesos de atención al estudiante. - Mantener una comunicación periódica con estudiantes, informarles e incorporar sus propuestas. - Velar por la adaptación de las enseñanzas y servicios a las necesidades del ámbito de la seguridad, la prevención del terrorismo y la radicalización. - Celebración periódica de claustros con el personal docente de la titulación. - Atender incidencias de los estudiantes y claustro docente. - Fomentar el networking entre los estudiantes. - Participar en el diseño de los planes anuales de mejora de la titulación e impulsar su ejecución. - Recepcionar y canalizar propuestas de mejora. - Coordinar el análisis de satisfacción de estudiantes. - Velar por la mejora continua y la calidad de la titulación siguiendo los requerimientos de excelencia académica de la Universidad y los procesos relacionados con ANECA. Qualifications - Doctor/a en Derecho, especialista en Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial y/o Derecho de la Competencia. - Residencia en España. - Experiencia profesional en el ámbito del asesoramiento en materia de Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial, Competencia desleal y/o en materia de defensa de la Competencia. - Experiencia docente universitaria en el ámbito señalado. - Experiencia en la gestión académica y coordinación de equipos docentes. - Experiencia en colaboración con colegios profesionales, asociaciones sectoriales o instituciones vinculadas al ámbito de la Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial, Competencia desleal y/o defensa de la Competencia. - Capacidad para generar acuerdos o alianzas con organizaciones profesionales que contribuyan a la visibilidad del programa.
