• Manage the entire contract lifecycle of service providers, from onboarding to contract termination. • Review and control contracts, compliance agreements and other legal instruments. • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance and corporate governance. • Monitor contractual deadlines and manage renewals. • Conduct initial alignment meetings with new service providers, advising on contractual, tax and operational obligations. • Develop guidance materials and training for service providers. • Ensure verification, organization and filing of provider documentation according to corporate standards. • Monitor the validity and regularity of corporate and tax documents (tax clearance certificates - CNDs, registration documents, contracts). • Keep records up to date in corporate systems. • Manage monthly closing, reconciling cost provisions with billing. • Support the control and consistency of fiscal and financial information related to contracts. • Act as a focal point between service providers, managers and internal company departments. • Support managers in interpreting contractual clauses and legal obligations. • Provide critical analysis on contractual, corporate and tax aspects. • Act as backup for the Legal and Bids/Tenders teams. • Support internal and external audits related to contracts and compliance. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of area processes, focusing on efficiency, standardization and scalability. • Identify opportunities to automate operational and administrative routines related to contract management. • Support the structuring of data-driven processes for monitoring contracts, deadlines and area KPIs/metrics. • Use technology tools and artificial intelligence resources to optimize document analysis, information management and process automation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience with company formation/incorporation;
  • Experience in contract management or legal/tax routines;
  • Experience with document analysis and compliance;
  • Experience in contract structure and interpretation;
  • Basic knowledge of contract law and corporate law;
  • Basic tax knowledge applied to the provision of services;
  • Experience with ERP or enterprise management systems is a plus;
  • Audit experience is a plus;
  • Experience in technology or service companies is a plus;
  • Experience with process automation tools is a plus;
  • Digital literacy and familiarity with digital process management tools is a plus;
  • Knowledge or interest in process automation, data usage and AI tools applied to operational and document management is a plus.
