Job Requirements

  • Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, healthcare management, computer science, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
  • Exposure to or interest in SQL and BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Interest in healthcare operations and B2B SaaS
  • High level of attention to detail/accuracy
  • Positive attitude and creativity
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively

The Sr. Business Analyst mentors junior analysts, drives process improvements, and ensures requirements practices mature in line with organizational needs.
