The Northrop Grumman Military internship Program is open to all ranks and experience levels. SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Northrop Grumman, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members. Responsibilities for this internship position are: Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) has developed the Northrop Grumman – Military Internship Program (DoD SkillBridge) utilizing the DoDI guidance for SkillBridge. During this program the service member will be on-site at his or her host company performing an individual internship in an entry to mid-level career type role. The service member will be on the job training supporting a work schedule equivalent to 40 hours per week. Outlined below are the Goals, Objectives, and Outcomes for the program. Goals – Provide transitioning service members fellowship-style job skills training during the last portion(s) of their military commitment. This program is specifically designed to offer internships that result in the potential to transition to a full-time opportunity as the conclusion of the training. Interns will serve as a pipeline for high-speed, motivated military candidates into NGC. Objectives - Service Members who complete the Intern program will be highly-trained, capable, future employees that align to the specific needs of the organization and are prepared to meet the NG mission “Defining Possible” on Day 1. This program provides a comprehensive internship experience including professional development, networking with leadership, and training specifically focused on NG leadership principles, company history, customer/stakeholder engagement, product and service overview, and core job responsibilities. Job Description: Northrop Grumman Corporation aligned to the 1ERP Organization is seeking a Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for the development, configuration, implementation, and support of ongoing projects in rolling out new capabilities that will enhance business operations. This position will work directly with project leaders to understand the needs and objectives and to collaborate on functional solutions and business process optimizations. The successful candidate will have experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Operations and will report to the Sustainment Solutions Manager. This is a remote position. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: - Oversee development, delivery, and sustainment of integrations between various NGC Systems including MES, SAP S/4 Service Management and iMRO. - Support a diverse, cross-sector, cross-functional team of technical and business experts and end users in the area of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul providing Sustainment capabilities to the Enterprise. - Collaborate, define, and deliver technical solutions to a wide range of complex difficult problems aligned to organizational goals and objectives of the Enterprise. - Execute and lead interface development and troubleshooting, enhancement development and testing, business process improvements, and regression testing and validation. - Act as the liaison between the business users and the development team to be able to convey requirements and processes to develop solutions that meet the business requirements. - Provide SAP configuration support and oversee overall Configuration Management according to existing processes and protocols. - Create and maintain formal Interface documentation including functional specifications, workflows, and data maps for the Sustainment Team. - Provide routine status updates, which may include presenting briefings to executive leadership. Basic Qualifications: - Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree. - Experience in troubleshooting using methodical approaches and techniques for integration solutions and solid final resolution. - Broad understanding of ERP technical principles, theories, and concepts, along with a general knowledge of interrelated disciplines. - Ability to perform work in a virtual environment. - Self-starter, with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). - Understanding of Manufacturing disciplines and Sustainment Execution Systems as it relates to Maintenance, Repairs, and Overhaul. - Leadership capabilities that drive solutions and execute schedule commitments. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Operations, Computer Technology, or Logistics and Supply Chain. - Familiarity with User Acceptance and/or Business Process Testing. - Experience with Fiori and S4HANA. - 2+ years SAP experience with Configuration. - 2+ years experience writing Functional Specifications including researching and identifying appropriate technical data to guide developers. - Experience and expertise in iMRO and Plant Maintenance systems, domain models, and workflows. - Experience and expertise in legacy SAP ERP systems with a general understanding of SAP S/4 Service Management, Plant Maintenance, and iMRO. - Experience in systems architecture development, specifically integration between iMRO, Plant Maintenance, SAP ERP, and MES. - SAP configuration knowledge and experience. - Knowledge and understanding of S/4 Service Management and iMRO as it applies to component and aircraft repairs. - Experience leading integration projects/efforts. #MPR Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
