• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including customer-facing SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and partner/channel agreements. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Security, and Product—on legal issues and business risks. • Assist with legal support for HR and employment matters, product compliance, marketing programs, and privacy initiatives. • Identify and escalate legal and regulatory risks appropriately while recommending practical, business-aligned solutions. • Support continuous improvement of legal department operations, processes, templates, and playbooks. • Assist the General Counsel on projects involving governance, compliance, policy development, and outside counsel management.

Qualifications - J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in litigation, investigations, or product counseling, ideally at a large law firm. - Experience advising health insurance clients, particularly in managed care, with familiarity in AKS, FCA, and CMS regulations. - Proven ability to develop strategies that mitigate litigation and regulatory risk. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executives and cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Ability to create and implement processes with cross-functional business partners. - High degree of professional judgment, ownership, and accountability.
