• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including customer-facing SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and partner/channel agreements. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Security, and Product—on legal issues and business risks. • Assist with legal support for HR and employment matters, product compliance, marketing programs, and privacy initiatives. • Identify and escalate legal and regulatory risks appropriately while recommending practical, business-aligned solutions. • Support continuous improvement of legal department operations, processes, templates, and playbooks. • Assist the General Counsel on projects involving governance, compliance, policy development, and outside counsel management.
Job Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of legal experience, including a combination of law firm and in-house roles (prior in-house experience with a technology or SaaS company preferred).
- Working knowledge of SaaS commercial contracting and core legal issues impacting software businesses.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and an ability to translate legal risk into business context.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn from and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities with appropriate support.
- Demonstrates judgment, integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous growth.

Role Description This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-impact legal guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and compliance. The Senior Litigation & Product Counsel will manage disputes, oversee litigation strategy, and partner closely with product and business teams to proactively mitigate regulatory risk. This role involves advising on complex healthcare regulations, including CMS rules, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the False Claims Act, while supporting innovative SaaS product development. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor across multiple functions, balancing litigation management, regulatory compliance, and strategic product counsel. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering practical, actionable solutions.
