Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in a paid media or digital marketing position, preferably within an agency environment (though not mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.
  • Advanced knowledge of data interpretation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Tool Proficiency: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 a plus), and standard reporting tools (Data Studio, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software (preferred but not required).
  • Strong English language skills (both written and verbal) to contribute to ad concepts and present findings clearly to the team and clients.
  • Thoroughness in setting up and monitoring campaigns; ability to catch small details that matter in performance measurement.
  • Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new strategies or platform updates.
