• As a Technical Product Manager at exnaton, you will join our 35 people team and shape the company and its vision from the ground up. • You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and execution of our API platform and integration capabilities to enable seamless enterprise adoption and ecosystem growth. • You'll be the bridge between technical possibilities and customer needs, ensuring our platform becomes the integration hub for enterprise workflows. • Own the vision and roadmap for our API platform, developer tools, and third-party integrations. • Prioritize features that unlock enterprise deals and reduce implementation friction. • Define integration patterns, API design standards, and best practices. • Work with engineering to build scalable, well-documented APIs that developers love. • Own API documentation, SDKs, sample code, and integration guides. • Make it dead simple for customers and partners to integrate with our platform. • Lead complex integration initiatives with enterprise customers, particularly SAP environments. • Understand their tech stack and architect solutions that fit their workflows. • Build relationships with integration partners and third-party platforms. • Identify strategic integration opportunities that expand market reach. • Talk to customers, implementation teams, and partners to understand integration pain points. • Convert feedback into actionable product improvements. • Collaborate with engineering, sales engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth delivery of integration features and successful customer implementations. • Enable the sales team with technical collateral, demo environments, and participate in technical evaluations for enterprise deals.

Job Requirements

  • Is a seasoned professional in product management with hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS products, or as an engineer working on such products
  • Has basic understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys), SOAP and XML Interfaces
  • Is experienced in working with or shipping API products and developer tools
  • Is technical enough to review API specs and have architectural discussions with engineering
  • Has strong written communication skills for documentation and specifications.
  • We would consider it as a big plus if you have:
  • Experience with SAP integrations (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Knowledge of iPaaS platforms (n8n, Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, etc.)
  • A background in solutions engineering or technical consulting
  • A track record of working with enterprise customers on integration projects
  • Understanding of enterprise authentication (SAML, SCIM, SSO).
