In this role, you will lead enterprise analytics architecture and performance insights by designing scalable data models and governed reporting structures, integrating ERP and operational systems into a reliable data foundation, standardizing KPI definitions across business units, and delivering trusted financial and operational intelligence that reduces manual reporting, improves transparency, and strengthens executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Define and govern enterprise BI architecture and data models by designing dimensional models, establishing conformed dimensions and standardized KPI logic, architecting a governed semantic layer, and enforcing development lifecycle standards that ensure scalable, reliable, and well-documented analytics solutions - Lead and continuously develop a high-performing enterprise analytics team by mentoring and coaching BI analysts, setting clear performance expectations, prioritizing intake aligned to enterprise objectives, and strengthening technical capability and business context across the team - Integrate ERP and operational systems into a unified data environment by designing and implementing ELT processes, reconciling transactional data to published financial reporting, establishing historical tracking, and safeguarding data quality and integrity across core platforms - Design and deliver executive and operational analytics that drive performance visibility by developing dashboards and analytical models that provide visibility into margin performance, working capital, inventory, throughput, and cost drivers, while automating recurring management and board reporting - Establish and govern standardized KPIs and reporting definitions across business units by defining and maintaining a governed KPI dictionary, eliminating duplicate or shadow reporting, and embedding consistent measurement logic across business units - Strengthen enterprise data governance, integrity, and performance transparency standards by establishing coding standards, documentation protocols, validation controls, and review processes that increase data reliability, reduce manual reporting, and improve auditability - Provide structured financial and operational decision-support via scalable analytics solutions by translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, partnering with Finance, Operations, and IT leadership, and providing structured analysis that supports performance management and transformation initiatives - Advance scalable, acquisition-ready analytics infrastructure supporting enterprise growth by designing architecture that supports acquisitions, system modernization, and evolving reporting needs while balancing governance discipline with practical delivery speed

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely, accurate monthly close and statutory/US GAAP financial reporting by running the close calendar, preparing journals and reconciliations, analyzing variances, and issuing entity financials and management packs to agreed deadlines and quality thresholds - Administer payments, banking, and cash control by managing bank platforms and mandates, executing approved payment runs within policy, maintaining signatory documentation, resolving compliance matters directly with banking partners, and meeting AML/KYC and local regulatory requirements - Ensure financial audits are unqualified and delivered on timeby managing external audit engagements as principal contact, coordinating document requests, evaluating findings, and determining corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and control integrity - Manage tax, payroll, and statutory compliance with external advisers by coordinating filings and statutory reports, validating calculations, addressing authority inquiries, and ensuring on-time, accurate submissions to Mexican tax and labor agencies - Monitor working-capital health and cash-conversion against Controller targets by tracking DSO/DPO/DSI and related KPIs, analyzing drivers, and initiating agreed actions with site and commercial leaders consistent with Controller/CFO policy to reduce past due and slow-moving inventory - Run the local planning calendar for budgets, forecasts, and decision analysis by gathering inputs, building templates, preparing bridges and sensitivities, and briefing the Regional Controller and local leadership on risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans - Coordinate audits and inventory control with site and logistics teams by preparing audit schedules, responding to requests, executing cycle counts, reconciling differences, documenting annual stock counts, and closing actions to verified effectiveness - Maintain administrative and local records and entity governance by managing administrative documentation, ensuring contractual documentation aligns with corporate legal standards, ensuring ERP and document-retention integrity, and keeping corporate registers current - Enforce internal controls and regulatory compliance for the Querétaro entity by maintaining the control framework, testing key controls, documenting evidence, remediating gaps, and aligning procedures with Mexican regulations and corporate finance policies
