Key Account Manager – Data Center Segment

• Develop and execute territory-specific business plans aligned with EMEA goals, targeting Data Center growth. • Identify, build, and grow relationships with key accounts and defined channel/kitting partners across Europe. • Collaborate with country sales reps and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain) to facilitate initial orders, demand planning, and customer support. • Represent 3M’s EMD portfolio, articulating value propositions and application benefits. • Conduct product demonstrations and training for internal teams, customers, and partners; mentor peers and junior sales staff as a subject matter expert. • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data in CRM systems and ensure timely reporting of forecasts, pipeline status (SFDC), and market intelligence. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback; stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques to refine strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Substantial sales experience, preferably in the electrical, industrial, or data center sectors
  • Proven success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with international customers and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
