Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in workplace and remote service environments, preferably in managed services solution design
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, and client management
- Experience designing client virtualization or service desk solutions
- Experience with costing and modelling of managed services/operations
- Proficient with ITIL and project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and a team player
- Fluent German and very good command of English
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
