We are seeking a proactive and strategic People Business Partner (PBP) to support our high-growth Revenue organization. In this role, you will be a "first-line advisor" to our Sales and Customer Success leaders (SVP and VP+), ensuring our talent strategy fuels our business growth. You aren't just driving HR processes; you are a culture architect who understands the unique fast-paced dynamics of a revenue team. You will proactively identify organizational challenges across the business partner scope and implement scalable solutions that support a high-performing technical sales culture. StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position. What you'll be doing: - Strategic Advisory: Proactively engage with Revenue leaders (VP+) and managers to understand business and people challenges, anticipate people-related issues, and build scalable solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and coach on all people matters, from organizational design to talent planning. - Performance & Talent Enablement: Partners with senior leaders to execute core HR programs including performance enablement, engagement, talent development, and organizational change. Leads calibration sessions, facilitates manager trainings, and advises on policy application. - Influence: Develops credibility and trust with Director and VP-level stakeholders by aligning HR initiatives with business strategy. - Data-Driven Insights: Use HR data and dashboards to identify patterns in retention and engagement, turning these insights into informed strategies for team health and performance. - Manager Coaching: Act as a thought partner to leaders, coaching them to embrace courageous conversations and model integrity, equity, and empathy. - Growth & Scale: Recommend and operationalize best practices required to scale the Revenue organization, acting as a connector between People functions (Talent, Comp, Employee Relations and Employee Experience) and the business. What You'll Bring to the Table - Relevant Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4+ years as a Business Partner specifically supporting a Revenue/Sales organization. - Strategic Perspective: Ability to anticipate organizational needs for both short and long term, moving beyond reactive tasks to proactive solutions. - Influencing Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build credibility and influence SVP and VP-level stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: A self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve root causes of complex organizational challenges. - Technical HR Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws, scalable growth strategies, and how people programs influence performance in a scaling company. - Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data tools to surface insights and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. Factors Influencing Final Compensation: - The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications. - Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
