• Serve as the strategic People partner to BU Presidents and senior business leaders, aligning People strategy with growth, performance, and transformation goals. • Lead and develop the BU-facing People Business Partners, ensuring strong alignment with business needs and effective collaboration with the People COEs. • Understand and anticipate business priorities, workforce trends, and organizational challenges to proactively design People solutions that enable success. • Partner with COEs to deploy impactful programs in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, employee relations, and performance management. • Champion Argano’s culture and ASPIRE values, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across all BUs. • Advise on organization design, change management, and leadership effectiveness, helping teams adapt and thrive in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment. • Use data and insights to measure program effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and demonstrate impact on business outcomes. • Collaborate with executive and functional leaders to build workforce plans and talent strategies that scale with Argano’s rapid growth trajectory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including management of HRBPs or HR functional teams.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving business-aligned People initiatives.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
