What You’ll Do As a Product Manager, you will be a leader within the company, accountable for executing on the product roadmap by: Develop and execute the product strategy for our information security risk management SaaS application. Lead stakeholder discussions with internal and external stakeholders to help develop, refine and document the product requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, audit, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product development and launch. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements. Work closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing enhancements. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. QualificationsWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or information security industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products. Strong understanding of information security principles and practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bonus points if you have: Experience as product manager of SaaS product(s) that include AI capabilities. Experience managing direct reports. Experience within an EOS environment. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus. Additional Details This is a full-time position. This role would require occasional travel. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. On rare occasions, this position may require some after-work hours due to workload or tight deadline. Working Conditions This position is for remote work, with little expected travel. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Candidates who exceed the specified experience and relevant education or training may be considered for compensation above the stated range.
