Role Description Network Runners is seeking an Operations Manager to support the MyNavy Career Center (MNCC). MNCC maintains manning responsibility for Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) sites providing ICA support services at several former Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC) Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) sites worldwide. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the service delivery effort by supervising the field staff, monitoring site staffing levels and position fill, disseminating program information on ICA policies and procedures, and executing the quality control program. - Lead and supervise the contract workforce and serve as POC for the COR and Government QCM/SPAR when addressing and resolving day-to-day performance and quality issues. • Execute Quality Control testing in accordance with the Digital Banking Quality Control annual review schedule • Assess the effectiveness of key processes and controls across Digital Banking Operations, including customer service, fraud operations, customer onboarding, payment processing, reconciliations, and transaction workflows. • Partner with process owners and business leaders to validate observations and formalize management action plans • Prepare and communicate results through various reports to Compliance Management, Business Units, and additional stakeholders • Stay current on industry issues and regulatory developments to evaluate potential impact on quality control testing procedures • Supports the Senior Manager in maintaining and enhancing the quality control framework, which includes, but is not limited to updates to testing methodologies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned

• Assist in maintaining and organizing internal and client documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible • Support the development and/or optimization of company tools and platforms • Assist in handling service agreements with clients, issuing invoices, and tracking payments • Support collecting and presenting data to create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) • Help with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and keeping client records • Collaborate on executing special projects as needed

• Assist with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of legal tech systems. • Research, implement, and manage automation tools to improve workflows. • Coordinate workflows, monitor task completion, and support process improvements. • Support proposal formatting and engagement tracking within CRM platforms. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues. • Maintain internal knowledge bases, dashboards, and reporting tools. • Manage CRM user access, data integrity, and feature adoption. • Manage and track firmwide project timelines across legal, sales, and administrative teams. • Design and maintain professional sales presentations and branded templates. • Support conversion rate optimization and operational efficiency initiatives. • Build and maintain standard operating procedures and internal documentation.
