Job Requirements
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- At least 3 years of experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas within the mainframe domain: hardware technical support, system design, configuration planning, or incident/root cause analysis
- Basic knowledge of IBM mainframe products (e.g., IBM Z series, DS8800, TS7700, etc.)
- Experience providing technical support for mainframe environments in the financial services industry
- Experience contributing to a team, such as mentoring junior members, conducting reviews, or handling technical consultations
