Technical Analyst/Performance Test Lead

• Serve as the Technical Testing subject matter expert for Momentum performance testing initiatives. • Design, develop, and maintain automated performance testing frameworks aligned with enterprise standards. • Evaluate and recommend automation approaches, tools, and best practices to maximize testing efficiency and minimize testing complexity. • Lead the development of automated performance testing solutions leveraging an array of software development languages and tools. • Mentor and coach the performance testing developers and analysts to deliver high quality solutions that satisfy the client’s needs. • Ensure automated solutions are versioncontrolled, traceable, and welldocumented. • Configure, maintain, and upgrade the automation tool environments and related plugins. • Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, and other automation applications) to enable continuous testing and repeatability. • Manage test environment connectivity, data dependencies, and tool access for the technical and testing teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 14 years of software development or software engineering experience, OR Master’s degree and 10 years of software development or software engineering experience.
- Hands-on Technical Experience with Momentum Financials and implementation of Momentum in a Cloud Based environment.
- Hands-On Technical Experience with troubleshooting Momentum technical configurations and parsing Momentum logs to perform root cause analysis.
- Proficiency working with Oracle Databases and expert-level SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Experience installing, maintaining, and working with CI/CD Automation tools such as Jenkins or Job Schedulers such as Control-M.
- Hands-On experience in developing Momentum Form Import data files in compliant data structure and experience using SFTP tools such as WinSCP.
- Hands-On experience in utilizing, testing, and developing technical solutions to test Momentum web service API.
- Proficiency with Groovy, Java, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, or similar common scripting languages used within automation frameworks.
- Experience working within or supporting federal agencies or highly regulated environments.
- Ability to work within multienvironment federal testing ecosystems (e.g., DEV, TEST, UAT, PreProd).
- Strong understanding of API and GUI testing capabilities.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
- Ability to analyze test failures and perform rootcause analysis.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
