Senior QA Analyst

• Participate in multidisciplinary teams (Developers, QA, Product Managers, SRE, and Security), collaborating to create solutions that delight our customers; • Support quality and security assurance of the squad's deliveries and processes; • Monitor quality and performance metrics, interpret them, and propose continuous improvements to the workflow; • Actively contribute to the squad's objectives and promote a culture of quality; • Continuously share knowledge in a collaborative environment (learn and teach); • Apply software testing techniques, giving and receiving feedback to support the team's technical growth; • Provide quality perspectives during planning, refinement, and architecture discussions.

Job Requirements

  • Technical leadership in QA: mentoring, defining test standards and best practices within the team;
  • CI/CD: design and evolution of test pipelines (unit, integration, E2E) and quality gates for deployment;
  • Knowledge of programming logic and a mainstream programming language (we use Ruby day-to-day);
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Analytical mindset and proactivity to identify potential product failure points;
  • Test architecture: defining strategy (test pyramid), coverage and prioritization (unit, integration, E2E);
  • Automation: solid experience with RSpec, and with Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent for E2E; ability to select and evolve frameworks.
