• Lead investigations and partner directly with customers regarding order processing and distribution concerns • Identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions • Contribute to the performance of Quality Management System (QMS) • Participate in preparing and implementing QA policies and procedures • Perform and manage internal audits, resolve process flow issues • Document and perform QA activities • Manage root cause investigations and issue Corrective and Preventive Action reports (CAPA) • Prepare, participate and host Quality Assurance (QA) related activities and site tours • Create, review, and update controlled documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Training Materials)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science (Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, etc.) and/or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of quality and/or customer‑facing experience required
- Proficient computer/Microsoft Office skills
- Experienced or certified internal auditor for ISO9001 or related standards preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience in using quality management/problem solving principles, tools and methodologies preferred
- Experience with EtQ or similar QMS software preferred
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
