• Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the single, dedicated technical contact for the client; • Technical Consulting: Act as a consultant to optimize the client’s payments performance (including approval rate, latency, and conversion); • Internal Advocacy: Be the client’s advocate internally, ensuring the product roadmap takes Enterprise customer needs into account; • Proactivity: Proactively perform performance analyses and recommend technical improvements before issues are identified by the client; • Project Management: Manage the roadmap of the client’s technical projects and integrations, ensuring new features are implemented smoothly and without friction.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, working with stakeholders and leading technical implementations and diverse projects;
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, and client management skills.

Libra Solutions is seeking a skilled CMS Integration Specialist to support and scale integrations between MoveDocs and leading Case Management Systems (CMS) such as Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, and others. This role is responsible to directly engage MoveDocs customers and managing the end-to-end integration process, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and external law firm stakeholders to ensure seamless activation, strong adoption, and measurable impact. The CMS Integration Specialist plays a critical, firm-facing role in driving workflow efficiency and revenue growth through technology enablement. This position can be remote unless near one of our office locations then it can be hybrid. Essential Functions: - Manage the full lifecycle of CMS integrations from initial demo through activation through go-live and post go-live follow-up - Serve as the primary point of contact for law firms at and after integration on their MoveDocs integration - Partner with Business Development Executives to support outreach, demos, and integration commitments - Accountable to deliver monthly integration objectives and overall customer satisfaction as measured by our voice-of-customer (VOC) program - Conduct firm-facing training sessions to drive platform adoption and utilization - Monitor integration health and proactively re-engage firms where usage declines - Troubleshoot basic integration issues and escalate technical matters appropriately - Coordinate with Product and Engineering to support enhancements and feedback loops - Track integration metrics, appointment volume impact, and platform utilization trends - Maintain clear documentation of integration workflows and best practices - Assist in onboarding and training new team members

• Ownership of all post-sale client communication, managing day-to-day operations and account oversight for our Self-Service clients and performing initial troubleshooting of customer issues • Develop expert-level knowledge of the DeepIntent marketing platform with the ability to train and guide clients to ensure the success of their campaigns • Maintain up-to-date information on all accounts and campaigns in our CRM, creating transparency across the business • Develop and grow strong relationships with clients through exceptional client service, proactive insights and critical analysis • Manage pacing and delivery, identifying the opportunity for campaign optimizations based on each client’s success metrics • Manage the onboarding process for all new accounts including the development and training of all DeepIntent’s solutions • Work closely with Sales and other internal counterparts to identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for all accounts • Work with the Engineering & Product teams to continue improving the platform and DeepIntent’s offerings by sharing client feedback and your own insights • Develop best practices within the Operations organization through internal collaboration • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing • Oversee all billing and account reconciliation for assigned Self-Service accounts
