We also are the leading inheritance funding provider through Probate Advance, helping heirs access their inheritance immediately, without the lengthy process of probate.     Together, under the Libra Solutions banner, we have relationships with over 40,000 attorneys and over 7,000 healthcare providers nationwide, which gives us an amazing platform to service our customers.    Libra Solutions is seeking a skilled CMS Integration Specialist to support and scale integrations between MoveDocs and leading Case Management Systems (CMS) such as Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, and others. This role is responsible to directly engage MoveDocs customers and managing the end-to-end integration process, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and external law firm stakeholders to ensure seamless activation, strong adoption, and measurable impact. The CMS Integration Specialist plays a critical, firm-facing role in driving workflow efficiency and revenue growth through technology enablement. This position can be remote unless near one of our office locations then it can be hybrid. Essential Functions: - Manage the full lifecycle of CMS integrations from initial demo through activation through go-live and post go-live follow-up - Serve as the primary point of contact for law firms at and after integration on their MoveDocs integration - Partner with Business Development Executives to support outreach, demos, and integration commitments - Accountable to deliver monthly integration objectives and overall customer satisfaction as measured by our voice-of-customer (VOC) program - Conduct firm-facing training sessions to drive platform adoption and utilization - Monitor integration health and proactively re-engage firms where usage declines - Troubleshoot basic integration issues and escalate technical matters appropriately - Coordinate with Product and Engineering to support enhancements and feedback loops - Track integration metrics, appointment volume impact, and platform utilization trends - Maintain clear documentation of integration workflows and best practices - Assist in onboarding and training new team members

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in legal technology, SaaS onboarding, customer success, or personal injury industry preferred
  • Familiarity with Case Management Systems (Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, etc.) preferred
  • Project management will be helpful in the role with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient and confident  leading virtual demos and client-facing calls
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical workflow benefits
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
