Analytics Manager

• Develop, manage, and execute analytics projects that support employee listening, research design, and program evaluation initiatives • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and other analytics tools to generate accurate, actionable insights • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy and ethical standards throughout all analytics processes • Design and implement rigorous research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative approaches, to measure employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and program impact • Lead evaluation efforts to assess the effectiveness of people programs and initiatives, providing evidence-based recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to define research questions, hypotheses, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals • Apply principles of organizational behavior to interpret analytics results and provide nuanced insights into workplace dynamics • Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to identify analytics needs and co-create solutions that drive decision-making • Translate complex data and research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for diverse audiences, including leadership teams • Facilitate data-driven conversations and support leaders in interpreting analytics to inform strategy and action • Contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable analytics dashboards and reporting tools that enhance data accessibility and usability • Identify opportunities to streamline analytics workflows and promote reuse of methodologies and tools across projects • Support continuous improvement efforts by staying current with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field required
- Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related discipline preferred
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience in analytics, research design, evaluation, or a related discipline, preferably within HR or people analytics
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience designing and executing employee listening programs, surveys, or other research methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing priorities independently.
