Finance Analytics Manager

• Design and develop complex finance-focused analytics solutions, including advanced KPI frameworks, reusable data models, and scalable pipelines • Architect and build analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Snowflake that support financial and management reporting • Develop and optimize advanced transformation workflows for large, multi-source datasets • Build sophisticated automation and analytics workflows using Alteryx and/or Python to standardize and scale finance analytics solutions • Translate ambiguous finance and business problems into well-structured analytics and data engineering solutions • Apply deep financial understanding to ensure analytics outputs align with accounting logic and business expectations • Deliver finance insights and narratives through advanced dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Lead hands-on development while mentoring team members on financial data modeling, analytics patterns, and problem-solving • Mentor junior team members through hands-on collaboration, design discussions, and technical guidance • Drive insight generation and storytelling across interconnected datasets
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data-focused roles with significant hands-on delivery experience
- Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, or similar tools
- Proven ability to design and build complex analytics and data engineering solutions
- Strong understanding of financial data concepts (e.g., trial balances, P&L, revenue data) and their application in analytics solutions
- Comfortable working across data engineering, analytics, and BI use cases
- Experience partnering with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders
- Able to clearly communicate insights and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Passionate about client relationships and delivering high-impact solutions
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives outcomes

• Define, track, and report KPI’s across influencer campaigns including: Reach & impressions, Engagement rates, Conversion metrics (clicks, signups, purchases), Sentiment analysis, Earned media value (EMV), Cost per action (CPA) • Create dashboards and performance scorecards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI • Develop standardized methodologies for measuring influencer impact across consumer and HCP segments • Collaborate with digital and brand analytics teams to align influencer measurement with broader marketing attribution models • Integrate influencer performance data with other digital touchpoints (e.g., email, paid media, landing pages) for a holistic view of consumer engagement • Conduct trend analysis and audience profiling to guide influencer selection and content planning • Perform A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to identify content formats, channels, and messaging that perform best • Partner with the Director and influencer managers to turn insights into actionable strategy enhancements • Ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics in line with privacy standards and platform policies • Maintain a clean, auditable database of influencer content and outcomes • Work with consumer and HCP influencer managers to create custom briefs that include success benchmarks and analytics requirements • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders across marketing, legal, and executive teams • Contribute to budget planning and forecasting based on past campaign outcomes and predictive modeling
• Use SQL to query data in Snowflake. • Update Snowflake data models, consistent with current data architecture. • Use LookML to add new dimensions, measures, table calculations, and explores to Looker . • Create dashboards in Looker and Post Hog to support growth, enrollment marketing, client implementation, product initiatives, and/or company OKRs. • Conduct deep-dive analyses using data from Snowflake and Looker to understand user behavior patterns, identify friction points in the user journey, and uncover opportunities for product enhancement. Analyses may include, but are not limited to, descriptive analytics, correlation, regression, and between-group analyses. • Present the results of these analyses to a cross-functional audience, translating complex data findings into actionable recommendations. • Build externally-facing reports that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into user engagement, and feature adoption, clinical outcomes, and recommendations for optimal product use. • Provide data to help justify and inform decision-making around A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and measure the impact of new features or changes. • Use DBT to build data models and add new data sources to Snowflake. • Assist with updating data dictionary and ERD. • Communicate proactively. During onboarding, you will meet 3-5x/week with your supervisor to provide updates on ticket status and to ask questions. Asking questions outside of these meetings is expected and welcomed. • Work with your supervisor and relevant stakeholders to proactively discuss requirements when questions arise.
