Role Description We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to support and enhance our applications' reliability, scalability, and performance. Qualifications - Experience in application support & troubleshooting. - Familiarity with JAVA, Angular & MySQL database. - Hands-on experience in cloud environment - AWS (especially with AWS Batch, Lambda, RDS, ALB/EC2). - Hands-on experience in database monitoring, query optimization, data archivals using AWS RDS. - Hands-on experience in monitoring tools like Grafana. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
