Coinbase
• Own a book of high-priority institutional client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing account management, ensuring clients are fully integrated and actively using the Coinbase Prime product suite. • Drive client adoption and trading volume growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across custody, trading, staking, and stablecoin services. • Partner with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to resolve complex client needs, coordinate onboarding, and deliver client-centric solutions. • Lead product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs with clients, serving as the subject matter expert on Coinbase's institutional capabilities and platform features. • Execute disciplined pipeline and account management in CRM, including triaging incoming requests, prioritizing by impact, and driving issues through to resolution with limited escalation. • Shape Coinbase's institutional product roadmap by distilling client feedback, surfacing feature requests, and translating usage patterns into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years managing institutional client relationships in financial services, cryptocurrency exchanges, or fintech, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-product accounts (asset managers, banks, corporates, or similar).
- Track record of driving measurable growth in client adoption, trading volume, or revenue within an assigned book of business.
- Direct experience managing full client lifecycles for institutional products (prime brokerage, custody, trading, or staking), including onboarding, integration support, and ongoing coverage.
- Proven ability to coordinate across Sales, Operations, Legal, and Product teams to resolve complex client issues and deliver results without direct authority.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) in addition to English.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Role Description We are recruiting a Loan Processor for a growing Australian mortgage broking business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing loan applications from submission through to approval/settlement support. You will support the broker/s and wider team with loan packaging, document checks, lender follow-up, and keeping files moving accurately and on time.
