Regional Account Manager

• Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel in North-West Spain • Develop business with wholesalers, increasing coverage, share, and product mix. • Identify, win, and follow up on projects with installers, engineering firms, and strategic end-users; coordinate proposals and closing. • Manage and align external sales agents (if applicable): objectives, follow-up, reporting, and field support. • Achieve objectives for net sales, margin, and budget, ensuring strong forecast accuracy • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with Iberia Key Accounts on national/international projects impacting the region. • Provide continuous Market Intelligence (competition, pricing, trends, risks) and coordinate local initiatives with Marketing. • Update CRM/ERP with pipeline, opportunities, and commercial activity; prepare weekly/monthly reports. • Coordinate internally with Customer Service, Marketing, and Back Office to ensure service (lead times, RMAs, …). • Represent Opple’s brand professionally in visits, fairs/events, and sector associations.

• Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel • Build the coverage in the assigned region • Win wholesale customers in the assigned region • Responsibility for sales and business development in German-speaking Switzerland • Support of existing customers in your region as well as active acquisition of new customers • Further development and maintenance of business relationships • Building long-term partnerships with customers • Development of a business case for regional expansion in cooperation with the Country Manager • Creation, tracking and processing of offers and orders • Target achievement within the defined budgets
