• Manage international subsidiary entities, including serving as a board member on subsidiary boards across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain corporate records, governance calendars, and compliance filings for global entities using the CSC platform • Build, document, and optimize legal workflows, including organizing and maintaining legal document repositories • Support legal metrics reporting by gathering data, tracking KPIs, and preparing dashboards or reports for leadership • Leverage AI tools to accelerate legal research, document review, contract management, and day-to-day legal operations • Coordinate with outside counsel across jurisdictions on entity maintenance, regulatory filings, and corporate housekeeping • Pick up and run with ad hoc legal projects across any area of law as the needs of the business evolve
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience, with meaningful time spent at a law firm
- Hands-on experience managing international subsidiaries, including board-level participation (minute-taking, resolutions, filings)
- Proficiency with CSC Entity Management or a comparable entity management platform
- Demonstrated fluency with AI-powered legal tools (e.g., AI-assisted drafting, contract review, research, or workflow automation)
- Strong organizational instincts with a track record of building processes, templates, and documentation from scratch
- Experience compiling and reporting on legal department metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently across time zones with minimal supervision
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent qualification preferred
