• Review financial statements, billing records, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements. • Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or errors within financial records and flag them for further review or resolution. • Analyze financial information to ensure data integrity and alignment across multiple documents and systems. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all reviews, findings, and supporting documentation. • Clearly communicate discrepancies and recommendations to internal teams to support timely resolution. • Assist with additional tasks and process-related duties to support overall team efficiency.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma required; pursuing or completed studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when reviewing financial documents
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability in a remote setting
- Prior experience in data entry, financial review, auditing support, or administrative roles is preferred
- Exposure to billing, financial records, or compliance-related processes is preferred
- Experience working in a remote or BPO environment is preferred
