• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Financials and Accounting Center across several client environments. • Drive system improvements, configuration updates, and periodic release management activities. • Build and enhance Advanced, Composite, and Matrix Reports; develop Calculated Fields; and create Dashboards and Workday Prism datasets for multiple clients. • Support client reporting needs through analytics, financial modeling, and data visualization within Workday. • Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi. • Oversee integration monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization on behalf of clients. • Assess client financial workflows and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation. • Lead solution design sessions, gather requirements, run test cycles, and deploy changes reliably across multiple tenants. • Ensure system configurations meet Workday security principles, financial control standards, and compliance requirements for each client environment. • Support audit requests, segregation-of-duties reviews, and access remediation. • Act as the Workday Finance SME for managed services clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance. • Recommend feature adoption, roadmap planning, and release-oriented improvements.

• Drive consistent deal origination by building and expanding long-term relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, investors, and intermediaries • Develop and maintain a repeatable, institutional-grade book of business with recurring deal flow • Lead full-cycle debt and structured finance execution, including lender sourcing, capital stack structuring, underwriting, and placement • Design and negotiate financing solutions across senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and structured capital • Provide clients with strategic guidance informed by real-time capital markets conditions, lender program criteria, and risk-return considerations • Advise on optimal execution strategies, pricing, structure, and timing across asset classes and geographies • Leverage technology, data-driven tools, and workflow automation to accelerate deal screening, underwriting, and execution • Maintain a disciplined, efficient process that supports high transaction volume without sacrificing quality

• Own the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance applications such as: ERP, revenue, billing, collections, expenses, disbursement, tax and commissions platforms. • Lead system integrations and data flow optimization across the Finance tech stack to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data. • Own the daily functioning, maintenance, and integration of financial platforms as well as troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise. • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency by using existing SaaS vendors, or by evaluating and incorporating new products, APIs, and custom scripts. • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives leveraging AI and workflow automation tools to reduce manual effort, enhance efficiency, and improve control. • Create system reports and dashboards. Drive Financial data analysis as needed.
