• Drive consistent deal origination by building and expanding long-term relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, investors, and intermediaries • Develop and maintain a repeatable, institutional-grade book of business with recurring deal flow • Lead full-cycle debt and structured finance execution, including lender sourcing, capital stack structuring, underwriting, and placement • Design and negotiate financing solutions across senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and structured capital • Provide clients with strategic guidance informed by real-time capital markets conditions, lender program criteria, and risk-return considerations • Advise on optimal execution strategies, pricing, structure, and timing across asset classes and geographies • Leverage technology, data-driven tools, and workflow automation to accelerate deal screening, underwriting, and execution • Maintain a disciplined, efficient process that supports high transaction volume without sacrificing quality

• Own the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance applications such as: ERP, revenue, billing, collections, expenses, disbursement, tax and commissions platforms. • Lead system integrations and data flow optimization across the Finance tech stack to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data. • Own the daily functioning, maintenance, and integration of financial platforms as well as troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise. • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency by using existing SaaS vendors, or by evaluating and incorporating new products, APIs, and custom scripts. • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives leveraging AI and workflow automation tools to reduce manual effort, enhance efficiency, and improve control. • Create system reports and dashboards. Drive Financial data analysis as needed.

• You provide advice by phone and video with a clear focus on investments, wealth accumulation and securities strategies • You support clients holistically on all matters related to their assets and give them access to Deutsche Bank’s global investment expertise • You identify cross-selling opportunities and actively forward them to ensure comprehensive client coverage • You work closely with other areas (branch sales, remote banking, distribution partners, and many more) to strengthen our omnichannel approach

• Create challenging finance-related prompts based on visuals, datasets, or model outputs. • Evaluate AI-generated responses using the provided rubrics. • Develop or refine rubrics to ensure they reflect accurate financial reasoning for complex finance tasks. • Review and stress-test model outputs for accuracy and logical consistency within familiar finance domains. • Provide clear, structured feedback based on your subject-matter knowledge.
