Role Description The Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine is seeking a fixed term open rank faculty member to accommodate clinical needs in the Department. The position will provide: - Inpatient clinical assessments and treatment plans. - Teaching/supervising fellows, residents, medical students, and other trainees from a variety of disciplines. - Virtual psychiatric care to inpatient individuals via the EPIC platform. - Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the mental well-being and recovery of patients at Jonas Hills Hospital. - Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EPIC) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications - Strong clinical skills. - Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team, including trainees from a variety of disciplines. - Clinical experience working with severely and persistently mentally ill patients. - Experience with substance-using patients.

• Own the design and implementation of AI and automation systems across the business • Transition to an automated, AI-powered company • Build systems that reduce the need for large teams • Replace manual CSV workflows with live usage dashboards • Build a fully automated sign-up-to-activation-to-conversion experience using the Audrey AI agent • Design and run automated social media and campaign pipelines • Use AI to produce printables, educator guides, and supplemental materials • Track sales, follow up on tasks, and generate renewal alerts • Work with the engineering team to ensure the right data is available • Stay current on the AI landscape and recommend new tools.

• Write, edit, and optimize copy for emails, SMS campaigns, website content, product descriptions, in-store signage, social media captions, and blog posts. • Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / GPT-5, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to expand, refine, or localize copy while maintaining brand tone and accuracy. • Apply prompt-writing techniques to improve output consistency and creativity. • Maintain and update content libraries, copy templates, and brand language glossaries. • Work with compliance/legal to ensure all messaging meets state cannabis advertising laws (age gating, claim restrictions, disclaimers). • Collaborate with CRM/e-commerce team to test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging variations. • Localize copy to reflect market differences between MA and FL (product offerings, promotions, regulations). • Monitor brand voice consistency and flag messaging that deviates. • Track and apply performance insights (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate). • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product launches

• Drive customer retention: Uncover root causes of churn and surface actionable interventions across teams, directly improving one of Owner's most important metrics. • Grow customer sales: Identify opportunities to increase customer sales by providing feedback that shapes the product roadmap and driving process changes for front-line teams. • Elevate the customer experience: Find gaps that lead to frustration or unrealized sales, then build data products, tools, or process changes to close them. • Own Customer Analytics: Improve the analytics, engagement and AI integration strategy for Customer Success and Customer Support. This isn't just an insights role - you'll design and ship data products and automated AI workflows that enable teams to act on data without waiting for analysis. • Tackle emerging priorities: Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects as business needs arise; this role flexes with what matters most.
