Role Description The Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine is seeking a fixed term open rank faculty member to accommodate clinical needs in the Department. The position will provide: - Inpatient clinical assessments and treatment plans. - Teaching/supervising fellows, residents, medical students, and other trainees from a variety of disciplines. - Virtual psychiatric care to inpatient individuals via the EPIC platform. - Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the mental well-being and recovery of patients at Jonas Hills Hospital. - Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EPIC) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications - Strong clinical skills. - Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team, including trainees from a variety of disciplines. - Clinical experience working with severely and persistently mentally ill patients. - Experience with substance-using patients.

Role Description The Evaluation Associate supports the design, implementation, and dissemination of evaluation and research activities across multiple projects. - Conducts mixed-methods evaluations - Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data - Produces high-quality reports and presentations for diverse audiences - Collaborates with project teams to analyze findings - Translates results into actionable insights that inform program improvement and strategic decision-making - Contributes to evaluation strategy and methodological rigor - Independently manages project components with strong analytical and communication skills This is a remote position. Qualifications - Strong written skills developing research and scholarly products, such as presentations, briefs, reports, and manuscripts - Mixed-methods expertise, with proven abilities to synthesize survey and interview findings - Content analysis experience, particularly related to publications and policy analyses - Ability to work independently on tasks Requirements - 40 hours; Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm remote
