• Lead the LiveOps direction of Cryptogram: plan and run events, manage calendar. • Prepare documentation, run kick-offs with dev/art/QA, review and accept tasks. • Analyze product metrics, launch and interpret A/B tests together with analysts. • Research competitors in puzzle/word games and propose LiveOps improvements. • Keep LiveOps roadmap aligned with overall product strategy.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in mobile gamedev as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer or Product Manager.
- Background in puzzle/word/match-3/merge preferred.
- Solid knowledge of mobile games trends and features.
- Solid knowledge of game/product design.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational and structuring skills.
- Ability to analyze the market.
- Knowledge of monetization trends in mobile games.
- English at intermediate level or higher.
- Fluent Russian.
