• Proactively help to improve and develop marketing creative strategy with further implementation across a variety of ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google). • Translate insights into actions that resonate with our target audience. • Innovate using new tools, frameworks and methodologies to enhance creative output. • Generate fresh and user-centric creative ideas that are highly relevant to the strategy. Write briefs. • Analyze UA results and creatives’ performance in order to improve metrics. • Conduct consistent market research and competitor analysis to extract industry trends and insights. Apply this knowledge to drive innovative and effective solutions. • Give constant feedback and share best practices with the team. Act as a mentor for less experienced teammates. • Manage full-cycle creatives’ production: from idea to final implementation. Act as a leader who motivates the team to achieve the best possible result within the project. • Plan and coordinate your own workload, prioritize tasks and goals. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize processes and amplify operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Creatives Producer or similar position.
- Excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks: Meta, TikTok and Google.
- Experience in creating user-generated (UGC) and storytelling content and writing persuasive direct response communications.
- Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts that regularly outperform the benchmarks, coupled with a proven track record of consistently achieving marketing KPIs.
- Strong background in performance marketing that is driven by insights and analytics.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Empathetic team development skills that foster both individual growth and teamwide success.
- Experience in presenting work with confidence and elegance. Ability to clarify underlying reasoning behind creative choices within a broader context.
